The 'Mail Magazine' site for B.A.P will be offered through B.A.P's official Japanese homepage, and is scheduled to be opened in July. It will provide the latest information on B.A.P in Japan.
It seems you can register non-Japanese e-mail addresses, but all information will be in Japanese.

* A pop-up will be displayed, simply type in your e-mail address and then type it once more to make sure there are no errors.
* You will recieve a confirmation mail soon after, and your registration will be complete after clicking the link provided.
