HC - Himchan
As expected, B.A.P who promoted continuously and released song after song since debut has gotten recognition for their hard work and bagged several awards. They are now back with “Rain Sound” that was released on 15th January and an upcoming second mini album during February! After their first year debut anniversary, B.A.P will continue on with this strong impact! Today for the attachment, we have our elderly line!
Valentines’ Day is coming, what is your ideal way of confessing to someone?
HC : So…, we are B.A.P’s elderly couple…
YG : That is what our babys call us…
HC : Ah? Muscular? (T/N ; that is the direct translation)
YG : It means that we have a lot of strength, we are normally called this by everyone. (T/N ; i have no idea what they are talking about omfg)
HC : Can we not be a couple? [Laughs]
YG : We can be a sub-unit.
HC : That’s good. From now on, we will be the Elderly sub-unit. Last month, Daehyun said that his first impression of me was “like a celebrity”. What about your first impression of me?
YG : Ah, that was when we were shooting our profile pictures. The first time I met you, you started to talk to me first, so I felt that you are a very sociable person. I am a very serious person so I don’t socialise very much. It felt like we were opposites.
HC : My first impression of Yongguk is that he gives off the “Hiphop” aura. From the way he carried himself and the way he talks, it gives off the Rapper vibe.
YG : Even though Himchan is now the “Visual”, that Himchan in the past was so old fashioned.
HC : Ah… I admit. [Laughs]
YG : Putting that aside, even from your trainee days, whatever you wore, your face still looks like you just stepped out from an anime. It has that elegance quality. Now, you have the feel of a celebrity. At first glance, it is undeniable that you are a star. I am jealous of that.
HC : Hehehe [Laughs in a victorious way] Although I felt that I haven’t changed alot, but I slightly feel that I have become older? YG : I think you meant that you matured.
HC : For Yongguk, even though I understand him, but he really talks very slowly in a very relaxed tone. However, that is Yongguk’s unique trait. I used to be a very impatient person but after living together, I have learned from Yongguk to let loose and become more relaxed. Thank you~!
YG : [Smiles] It has been 1 year since B.A.P debuted and we have collected so many rookie awards.
HC : We feel very honoured to be able to attend the award ceremonies that we having been watching since before debut on tv. We are also grateful to receive the meaningful awards from the ceremonies. We will continue doing our best to show what we are worthy of. This year, we will also continue to do that. I feel that when we receive an award, it symbolizes that we have to work harder from now on. Ah, it reminds me there is a weird rumour that’s going around.
YG : Ah, there’s a rumour that during the Melon Music Awards, we were crying in the waiting room. Ah, yup that rumour is completely untrue!! We didn’t cry!
HC : I had a shock! [Laughs] By the way, Valentine’s Day is coming. How would you confess to the person you like? If it is me, I wouldn’t give her chocolates.
YG : What would you give then?
HC : Hmm, I would give her barbequed meat because I feel that everyone would give each other chocolates and that is so stereotypical. By giving the girl something that stand out will leave a lasting impression?
YG : But that is not romantic… [Laughs despite the situation]
HC : Em, I am not someone who is familiar with preparing for anniversaries in a relationship, besides I have never done anything so I can’t remember either!
YG : If I am confessing to a girl, I would give her a handwritten letter confessing my feelings. Because we think differently from the opposite sex, I don’t know if she will like this method, but I feel that from a guy’s perspective, it is really suave.
HC : Em… If you are doing that, you have to have really nice handwriting… [Laughs] If you were to introduce your sister to one of our members, who would you pick?
YG : If my sister likes interesting guys, I will introduce her to Youngjae. If she likes handsome boys, I will introduce her to Daehyun. If she wants someone who will go according to her wishes, I will choose Jongup. I will ask her for her opinion and her preferred type before introducing our members to her. [Laughs]
HC : What about Zelo?
YG : He is still young. I can’t do this. I won’t introduce him to my sister.
HC : Ah hahaha! [Laughs] Let’s convey our new year greetings to the readers now!
