As a number of Singaporean news outlets reported on January 19 (local time), B.A.P’s Singapore fan club, ‘Protect B.A.P Singapore’ came together to mark B.A.P’s one year anniversary of its debut by donating 1 ton of rice to Singapore’s Red Cross Society.
Some of the fan club members even went to deliver the rice with the aid group.
As a representative for Singapore’s Red Cross Society shared, though rice donations made on behalf of a favorite star is common in Korea, as far as the Red Cross Society knew, this recent donation was a first in Singapore.

One member of the fan club who took part in the donation project shared the fan club had been inspired by the actions of B.A.P’s leader, Bang Yong Guk.
She added since B.A.P’s pronunciation in Korean is the same word for rice, the donation seemed even more meaningful and appropriate.
B.A.P is preparing to release its second mini album in February.
